When I’m gone
a mist that dries away in only seconds
without a trace to show where it had been
when I’m gone
brief encounter with time barely leaving a ripple
in it’s pond of shimmering waters
when i’m gone
a vapor caught up in the great unseen
there and gone in what seems to be
the same instance
two entities as one
a presence married to an absence
and called a lifetime
when i’m gone

How special to have captured this and at a cemetary at that, You truly caught the mood of the location. I can see the sun ready to make all the mist disappear. Love your words with the photo. I bet the mist was gone quickly. One of those photos I keep having to look at again.
